Equivalent to a very good listener than a loud entertainer. This beer lets the drinker decide what to like about the beer. Well-rounded, refereshing, and less beads. The sip breaks like a wave, rather than forming bubbles in your mouth. It reminds me of nice and cool summer nights. I could drink this anytime. Possibly my new/old favourite beer.

Le Pere Jules (Poire) Leon Desfrieches et fils - pear cider
Rating: 7/10
After eating a lot of pecan (I was making pecan pie previously), I finally got my hands on Le Pere Jules (Poire) Leon Desfrieches et fils - pear cider (750ml).
Apple-y, peary, and vinegary scent. Quite bubbly and grassy taste. It wraps around your tongue and finishes dry. Less sweet and less acidic than your normal cider, but it's first time for me to try a pear cider so I'd have to try another pear cider to compare. Very nice for a sunny weekend afternoon.

William's Organic Pale Ale
Rating: 4/10
'Authentic Australian', from NSW.This is a rather sour and bitter beer. Initially (right out of the fridge) the taste is quite sharp and lacking in body. After twenty minutes or so, it tastes quite creamy but not as 'refreshing' as it says. It lacks character and I would not drink it again.

Hite
Rating: 6.5/10
Tried the bottle at Ume Hana (2/398 Elizabeth Street, Melbourne VIC 3000), Korean Restaurant. I was surprised that it was on the creamy side than the clean. Pleasant and not heavy. Though, few days later tried the canned Hite and found it very different to the bottled. Clean but not charismatic.
